  4.          - Added a bit eater which can drop DTR for you

  23.          - Added Settings dialog.  The only useable item is the slider;
  24.             it controls the sampling interval to make monitor be more
  25.             responsive (and use more CPU time!). [Unfixed Bug: Baudrate
  26.             may not work afterwords, also, it affects *all* dialogs 
  27.             controlled by this program]
  28.          - Remembers where it was based on the port's name. Automatically
  29.             saved when it is closed, and can be manually saved/restored
  30.             using the menu.
